Here's another one, technically using light painting, but with a more Strobist approach. Camera is set on tripod and locked in to a 30 second exposure. I'd trip the shutter, then run around the bleachers and fire the flash, to the moans and groans of the people in the stands. I only did it two or three times, because the natives were starting to get restless. The flash, and SB-800, was set, I believe, at 1/4 power and fired manually using the test button.
